Cancellation and Return Policy
How can I cancel my order?

You can cancel the order by calling our customer support for KURNOOL +91-9966034535 or ping us on chat. We will not be able to cancel the order once it is out for delivery.

Can I edit my order?

Yes you can edit the order by calling our customer support for KURNOOL +91-9966034535 or ping us on chat within 5 mins of placing the order. The customer support agent can help you to add/remove individual items within the order.

Note:
  • The partial refund cannot be accepted once your order is sent for processing.
  • Any modification on the order, the existing order will be cancelled and replaced with the new order number.

Is there a minimum order?

Yes, there is an minimum bill value of Rs.149 excluding delivery charges.

We deliver every day of the week from 07:00am – 09:00pm.

Do I need to register or create an account before making a purchase?

You are free to browse our site, but when we deliver, we need to know who you are and where you stay. Therefore, we need you to register before making your purchase.

How can I use the UPI option?

Once the delivery executive reach your location, you can ask him to show the QR code from his fyso rider app, you can just scan the QR code using Google pay/Phone pay/PayTM for paying the amount and enjoy the Hassle free COD.

Returns, Replacements and Refunds
My item arrived damaged or defective. What should I do?

Our products undergo multiple quality check before they leave our store. However in the rare case that your order was damaged during transit, you can request for a replacement, cancellation or refund by contacting our customer support for Kurnool +91-9966034535 within 5 minutes of receiving the products.

Note : For any quality complaints. it is compulsory to hold the product in the originalpackaging for review by ourquality team. Basis product availability, we will arrange for replacement or will refund the amount to FYSO Coins wallet.
